He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Automotive Engineering from Oxford Brookes University and a Postgraduate Certificate (PG Cert) in Management from the University of Oxford. Certified in APM Project Management and IATF 16949 automotive quality systems, Eugene acts as a senior advisor to UK Department for Business and Trade corridors, automotive OEMs, and off-grid renewable energy consortia.
